產品特點 |
1、70%/75%有水快T陰離子表面活性劑。
2、聚合物領域：在乳液聚合中，主要用作后添加劑，可獲得低表面張力并改善流動和流平性。也可作為為次乳化劑用于丁苯乳液，產生非常低的顆粒尺寸和窄的顆粒分布。
3、非聚合物領域：作為潤濕劑和流平劑用在幾乎所有工業領域中：紡織、造紙、農藥、石油、橡膠、冶金、涂料、塑料、化妝品、采礦和合成洗滌劑中。也可用于濕潤、噴霧、滅火、塵埃控制、乳液潤滑和冷卻、脫酯和干洗等。由于滲透性優異，在濕式PU制革業，可促使DMF完全析出水相，不但使革的質量類似真皮、提高了品質，而且消除了DMF的殘留毒性，降低了生產成本。用作皮革脫脂、脫模劑。

用法與用量 |
1．作為乳液聚合后添加劑建用量議0.1-0.3%（基于總量），作為潤濕分散劑建議用量0.5-5%。
2．為獲得最佳性能，應在分散前添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應用體系，建議用戶在使用前通過實驗確定最佳添加量。
3.因為溶劑的揮發會導致凝膠，如果發生凝膠需加入少量的乙醇（1-2%），滾動桶直至凝膠全部消失。如果出現凍融現象，建議在使用以前進行充分攪拌。

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽光直射，不用時將容器密封。
保質期：常溫下可貯存12個月以上。

Features |
1.FTRT® T70&T75 belongs to anionic surfactant.
2.Polymer field: In emulsion polymerization, it is mainly used as a post-additive to obtain low surface tension and improve flow and leveling. It can be used as a secondary emulsifier for styrene-butadiene emulsions, resulting in very low particle size and narrow particle distribution.
3.Non-polymer field: as a wetting agent and leveling agent used in almost all industrial fields, such as textiles, paper, pesticides, petroleum, rubber, metallurgy, paints, plastics, cosmetics, mining and synthetic detergents. It can also be used for wetting, spraying, fire extinguishing, dust control, emulsion lubrication and cooling, de-esterification and dry cleaning. Due to its excellent permeability, it can be used as a leather degreasing and release agent. In the wet PU leather industry, DMF can completely precipitate the water phase, which not only improves the quality of the leather like the dermis, but also eliminates the residual toxicity of DMF and reduces it. Usage and dosage |
1.If used as an additive after emulsion polymerization, the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.3% (based on the total amount); if used as a wetting and dispersing agent, the recommended dosage is 0.5-5%.
2.For best performance, it should be added before dispersion. The amount of use depends largely on the application system. It is recommended that the user determine the optimum amount by experiment before use.
3.Because the solvent volatilizes, it will cause gelation. If gelation occurs, a small amount of ethanol (1-2%) should be added and rolled until the gel disappears completely. If freezing and thawing occurs, it is recommended to stir well before use.
