產(chǎn)品特點 |
1、烷基聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸單酯磺酸二鈉是陰離子表面活性劑。
2、無 APE乳化劑，用于丙烯酸、苯丙和乙烯苯烯酸類乳液極佳的主乳化劑。
3、聚合物領(lǐng)域：適合于制備中等粒徑的醋酸乙烯、醋丙和純丙乳液。與N-羥共用，而不減少交聯(lián)性能。與其它乳化劑配合使用，可有效改善顆粒尺寸，并產(chǎn)生較好的粘合性。
4、非聚合領(lǐng)域：具有殺菌力的清洗劑、化妝品和洗發(fā)液；發(fā)泡水泥、墻板和粘合劑；對陽離子表面活性劑和多價陽離子具有良好的承受力。對中等HLB值的樹脂或顏料體系是良好的增溶劑和分散劑。

用法與用量 |
1、建議用量0.5-5.0%，可單獨使用。
2、為獲得最佳性能，建議稀釋后添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應用體系，建議用戶在使用前通過實驗確定最佳添加量。
3、為避免發(fā)生凝膠，產(chǎn)品應在15℃以上儲存。如果出現(xiàn)凝膠現(xiàn)象，應加溫或加入適量水并攪拌使之全部溶解。

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽光直射，不用時將容器密封。
保質(zhì)期：常溫下可貯存12個月以上。

Features |
1. FTRT® SAA-102 is an anionic surfactant.
2. Contains no APE emulsifier and is an excellent primary emulsifier for acrylic, styrene and vinyl benzoic acid emulsions.
3. Polymer field: It is suitable for preparing medium-sized vinyl acetate, vinegar and pure acrylic emulsion. It is shared with N-hydroxyl without reducing cross-linking properties. Used in combination with other emulsifiers, it can effectively improve the particle size and produce better adhesion.
4. Non-polymerized field: It is suitable for sterilizing cleaning agents, cosmetics and shampoos, foaming cement, wallboard and adhesives, and has good tolerance to cationic surfactants and multivalent cations. A good solubilizer and dispersant for medium HLB resin or pigment systems.

Usage and dosage |
1. The recommended dosage is 0.5-5.0%, which can be used alone.
2. For best performance, it is recommended to add after dilution. The amount of use depends on the application system. It is recommended to determine the optimum amount by experiment before use.
3. To avoid gelation, the product should be stored above 15 °C. If gelation occurs, warm up or add an appropriate amount of water and stir to dissolve it.

Packaging and storage |
200kg / drum. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and seal the container when not in use.
Shelf life: It can be stored for more than 12 months at room temperature.
