產(chǎn)品特點 |
1、烯丙氧基酚醚磺化物是具有乳化功能的可聚合型的陰離子型表面活性劑。
2、優(yōu)秀的預(yù)乳化能力，生產(chǎn)過程中泡沫低。
3、它的基團由于有雙鍵、醚鍵和磺酸根離子，在作為單體使用時表現(xiàn)得特別具有溶解性和相容性，可提高附著性與韌性。對改善難附著的金屬表面如：鋁、鋁合金、鋅、不銹鋼、電鍍面等的附著性效果優(yōu)異。還可用于提高漆膜的機械性能、耐化學性、柔韌性及耐鹽霧性。

用法與用量 |
1．建議用量0.5-5.0%，可單獨使用。
2、為獲得最佳性能，建議稀釋后添加，使用量在很大程度上取決于應(yīng)用體系，建議用戶在使用前通過實驗確定最佳添加量。

包裝與儲存 |
200kg/桶 。貯存在常溫下，避免陽光直射，不用時將容器密封。
保質(zhì)期：常溫下可貯存12個月以上。

Features |
1. FTRT® SAA-010 is a polymerizable anionic surfactant with an emulsification function.
2. Excellent pre-emulsification ability, low foam during production.
3. Since it has a double bond, an ether bond, and a sulfonate ion, it exhibits particularly solubility and compatibility when used as a monomer, and improves adhesion and toughness. It has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces with poor adhesion such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, zinc, stainless steel, and plating surface. It can also be used to improve the mechanical properties, chemical resistance, flexibility and salt spray resistance of paint films.

Usage and dosage |
1. The recommended dosage is 0.5-5.0%, which can be used alone.
2. For best performance, it is recommended to add after dilution. The amount used depends on the application system. It is recommended to determine the optimal amount by experiment before use.

Packaging and storage |
200kg / round barrel. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, and seal the container when not in use.
Shelf life: It can be stored for more than 12 months at room temperature.
